Free Sample Policy for B2B Wholesale Clients

We provide professional sample services for global distributors, importers, and brand owners. Clients can test our product quality, formula performance, and packaging details before placing bulk or OEM orders, helping you make stable and reliable purchasing decisions.

1. Sample Charge Rule

Standard samples are 100% free of charge. Custom OEM samples cost USD 70 per style, with a maximum of 50 units per custom version.
No sample fee is required for all standard products. For customized samples with private labels, custom packaging, or adjusted formulas, a sampling fee of USD 70 per style applies (within 50 units). The custom sample fee will be fully refunded once you place formal bulk OEM orders, as a long-term cooperation support. All sample orders include free preparation, packaging and quality inspection. Customers are only responsible for all international shipping fees and delivery charges.

2. Shipping & Delivery Solution

  • Shipping Fee Responsibility: All international shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
  • Freight Account Support: Customers can use their own DHL, FedEx, UPS or TNT freight account for sample pickup.
  • Shipping Arrangement: We can also arrange delivery and provide exact freight cost for your confirmation before shipment.
  • Delivery Time: Global sample delivery takes 3–7 working days, subject to local logistics and customs schedule.

3. Sample Production Lead Time

  • Standard Samples: 1–3 working days preparation
  • Custom OEM Samples: 3–5 working days according to customization requirements

4. Sample Quantity Regulation

Free standard samples are available for quality testing and market evaluation. Each custom OEM sample is limited to maximum 50 units per style. For special quantity requirements beyond the standard range, we will provide customized solutions based on your actual demands.

5. Sample Package & Documents

Each sample package is well packed and equipped with basic supporting files to help your inspection and sales process:
  • Standard cleaning product samples
  • Product specification introduction
  • Related test document support (on request)
